NEURO LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING (N.L.P.)

N.L.P. Is an attitude & technology that leaves behind a trail of techniques.

NEURO: Refers to the neurological system within us; this is comparable to an electric circuit. Referring back to the “tree” full of lights mentioned in the T.L.T. description.

LINGUISTIC: Refers to our communication with others & ourselves. Verbal & non-verbal language is immensely important. The words we speak have major effect on ourselves & others. Body language has a major effect on our unconscious minds. Have you ever felt in total “rapport” or felt completely “repelled” with someone and are not sure why? These feelings are unconscious reactions which are highly powerful & have a
major effect on our behaviour within ourselves and towards others plus what we attract in our lives.

PROGRAMMING:We are all programmed from a very early age. However, our minds can be “de-programmed” & installed with new beliefs & ideas. With the techniques of N.L.P. New positive beliefs can be installed which lead us to be a much better & improved version of who we are. The conversations
we have with ourselves (be it thoughts or self-talk) and with others (including animals) have an incredible effect & can either nurture & heal or cause all kinds of negative reactions.
