MEDITATION
There are many different ways we can meditate. However, the results are basically the same. People have been meditating for thousands of years but it’s popularity in the Western world is relatively fairly recent.
The are, unfortunately many misconceptions about this practice which have misunderstandings and is sometimes even ridiculed.
Meditation is the “key” to a whole “new world” and people begin to experience some very magical things , such as healing tranquillity & sometimes unusual inexplicable events (all very positive).
Between the conscious mind & the unconscious mind there is a major difference. The conscious mind is full of many busy (sometimes annoying) thoughts, that sometimes stop us from moving through life in a calm smooth way. By practising meditation we are able to access the unconscious mind. This is the major part of the mind where so much happens without us even being aware. When we meditate we slow the brain’s cps (cycles per second) down. When this slowing down occurs we can access the unconscious mind where so much magic exists. I see the unconscious mind as a “power house” plus “healing station” with it’s ability to connect to energies that we are unable to see when in a higher conscious state (as in fully awake), or higher cps .
Once a person begins to see the results of meditation , they then make it a daily practice & routine alongside brushing teeth etc. Many people go to the gym or for a walk which is wonderful for the body but what about the mind? What are we without a healthy mind? With meditation we begin to see & feel the world around us in a more calm loving & magical place.
UME teaches meditation to groups (all ages) as well as on a 1 2 1 basis.
