HYPNOTHERAPY

 

There are various techniques in the field of Hypnotherapy but they all lead to the same results ; a calm relaxed & focussed state. The use of soothing & calm verbal repetition is the main process. When in this very relaxed state it is possible to be far more responsive

to suggestions from the Hypnotherapist. In this relaxed state of hypnotherapy it is then possible to be guided & given assistance in releasing negative thoughts & feelings. As these negative thoughts & feelings (as well as habits &/or addictions) are released new positive suggestions will be given and often times easily accepted while the mind is open & relaxed.

During a hypnosis session you will NOT be asleep or in any way out of control or even unconscious. It is possible to hear the suggestions given by the hypnotherapist at all times however, there is a choice whether the suggestions are accepted. Please be aware that you are ALWAYS IN CONTROL!

Normally, a session of Hypnotherapy can be recalled but the suggestions will be more impactful due to the state of mind during the hypnotherapy sessions/s.
