UME (Universalmindenergy) was founded in 1999 by Carole Garcia. Originally a dancer model and actress in Spain & the U.K. Carole had always had a keen interest in all metaphysical matters even from a very early age (10 years old). Carole was born in London but has travelled all over the world.

During her many travels Carole’s interest grew insatiably & she began to read a plethora of books about the unconscious mind & it’s power.
Her interest to create change by accessing the unconscious mind became a true passion. Her first steps towards a better understanding was by learning how to meditate, which is now an integral part of her life & which she also teaches. Carole left show business in 1996 & concentrated on teaching languages & studying more about the power & healing of the unconscious mind.

A major step for Carole was to go to the United States & train in her now specific fields of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) TLT (Time-Line Therapy) & Hypnosis. She was fortunate enough to be trained by the late Dr. Tad James who was the creator of TLT & a Master Trainer of NLP & Hypnosis.
